As an EV industry veteran and EVSE pioneer, Oscar has helped all types of public and private organizations through the process of adopting EV infrastructure for more than 15 years. He was both an early investor in ChargePoint and served on their initial Industry Advisory Board.

Oscar is experienced in setting market vision and strategy, with a focus on execution and growth in both new ventures and public high-technology companies. He is an expert in communications/computing/cloud equipment, enterprise software, and cyber security markets. Oscar is a strong multi-cultural leader, with public company board and executive level experience, including sales and team leadership experience on multiple continents. At heart, he is a technologist with expertise in product portfolio strategy and product development, with a strong focus on revenue creation through direct customer engagement, global channel sales development, and creation of new partner eco-systems.
