Becoming A NovaCharge Partner:
For Electric automobiles to become a reality, they must be as easy to use and to fuel as their gasoline counterparts.   This means that electric vehicle charging stations must be conveniently available to EV owners wherever they work and play.  To make this wide base of available charging stations a reality, it's imperative that this infrastructure be ready to charge as the cars are introduced.  NovaCharge can't do this alone.  We need sales partners who know their customer's needs, and local electrical installers who can help us make this a reality.

NovaCharge is committed to creating the highest quality and best trained partner network in the EV Infrastructure industry.   We only recruit partners who are passionate about customers and who are committed to excellence.  We also recognize that the EV Infrastructure industry is only now being formed, and we  look for partners who have a commitment to representing early market products and who have a knack for educating their customers and the market.  We look for partners who have specific expertise in sales to indentified customer segments, and who can represent us well in their respective market segments.  We also look for those partners who have expertise in installation for specific geographies, and who are able to drive efficient and high quality deployments.  Finally, we look for partners who have a track record of doing business ethically and whose business practices are beyond reproach.

NovaCharge Sales Partner:
NovaCharge offers complete turn-key installation for EV infrastructure deployments to private enterprises, as well as public facilities.   To effectively address the needs of these customers, NovaCharge is expanding its sales network to include partners who are experienced in sales to many customer segments in the southeast of the US.
 

The NovaCharge Sales Partner will have at least 10 years of experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical equipment sales, and will have readily available customer references.  The NovaCharge sales partner will have access to key customer markets and have a specific passion for educating customers in an early market.  The NovaCharge Sales partner will work with NovaCharge staff and the local target customer to:

•    Create and deliver customer sales presentations on the ChargePoint system
•    Provide charging station product representation for business case and
             technical discussions

•    Provide appropriate system/product/maintenance pricing and quotations
•    Provide coordination for customer site surveys, installation, and
             commissioning  schedules

•    Coordination with NovaCharge regarding tradeshow participation

The NovaCharge Sales Partner will be required to be fully trained on all aspects of product sales and value propositions, and will be responsible for following sales guidelines to ensure high quality sales engagements with all customers.


NovaCharge Installation Partner:
NovaCharge Offers complete turn-key installation for EV infrastructure deployments, including the installation of 110 Volt and 220 Volt charging stations as a part of the ChargePoint system.  NovaCharge is continuously expanding its partner network in all geographies in the southeast of the US to provide high quality installations for electric vehicle charging stations.

The NovaCharge installation partner will have at least 10 years of experience installing commercial and/or industrial electrical equipment, and will have readily available customer references.  The NovaCharge installation partner will have all required local electrical licensing and permitting capabilities, and will be bonded and insured.  The NovaCharge Installation partner will work with NovaCharge staff and the local target customer to:
•    Prompt and High Quality Customer Site Survey Engagement with
            NovaCharge staff

•    Provide Prompt and Accurate Charging Station Layout & Design
•    Secure all appropriate regulatory permits for Rough-in Installation Phase
•    Provide Accurate Rough-in Installation Phase cost estimates
•    Procure all  Materials and Provide Labor to Complete Rough-in Installation
            Per Scheduled Dates

•    Provide Support for NC Staff During Commissioning Installation Phase
 
The NovaCharge Installation Partner will be required to be fully trained on aspects of product installation, and will be responsible for following all supplied installation guidelines to ensure safe and high quality product installation at all customer sites. 


NovaCharge Maintenance Partner:
NovaCharge Offers maintenance programs to EV charging station owners as a part of our initial system sale designed to ensure that customer charging stations are up and running to drive a positive return on their investments.  In addition, all products carry initial factory warranty that may require product upgrades or adjustments from time to time.   NovaCharge is continuously expanding its partner network in all geographies in the southeast of the US to provide high quality maintenance for electric vehicle charging stations and the ChargePoint system.

The NovaCharge maintenance partner will have at least 7 years of experience maintaining commercial and/or industrial electrical equipment, and will have readily available customer references.  The NovaCharge installation partner will have all required local electrical licensing capabilities for equipment maintenance, and will be bonded and insured.  The NovaCharge Maintenance partner will work with NovaCharge staff and the local target customer to provide:

•    Warranty replacement of charging station parts or whole units
•    Periodic charging station system functional assessment
•    Product upgrades as recommended by the manufacturer
•    Replacement of charging station parts or whole units for our of
           warranty situations


The NovaCharge Maintenance Partner will be required to be fully trained on aspects of product maintenance, and will be responsible for following the maintenance guidelines to ensure safe and high quality product functionality at all customer sites. 


Advanced Partner Program:
For partners who wish to do more, and are capable of offering higher levels of combined service to our customers, NovaCharge offers the Advanced Partner Program.   This program allows for partners who have demonstrated their capabilities in at least one partner category to move into another partner category.  Selection of a specific partner for the Advanced partner program is solely at the discretion of NovaCharge, and is based on partner capability and geographic need.

NovaCharge Diamond Partner:
NovaCharge offers Diamond status for partners who qualify to become a Sales Partner, an Installation Partner, and a Maintenance partner.  This level of partner is offered appropriate discounting, based on level of service and support to our valued customer base.
  

NovaCharge Emerald Partner:
NovaCharge offers Emerald status for partners who qualify to become both a Sales Partner, and an Installation Partner.  This level of partner is offered appropriate discounting, based on level of service and support to our valued customer base.

  NovaCharge offers Ruby status for partners who qualify to become both an Installation Partner, and a Maintenance Partner.  This level of partner is offered appropriate discounting, based on level of service and support to our valued customer base.ued customer base.
